So my month away went by so fast. In case you couldn’t tell I took some time off. I made sure to pre post some blog stuff so it would come up while I was away. I got to catch up on some of my stories and finish of RT related projects. I was weary to do it when the start of Jan came but I went ahead and stuck to it.

I’ve finished working on Taking Chances and Loving Danger…I’m 1/4 into Key To My Heart and only 1000 words into The Red Inferno….It is nice to finish a story. It really is…

Last night I was doing one last glance over Taking Chances my word program went into non responsive mode and just as I was about to finish it killed half the stuff I had edited earlier on in the day. It even erased 1.5 pages. I notices something was wrong when I had the start of one scene and then the last two lines of the story. You can imagine I was ready to scream. I had saved the work but I had saved it after the file got messed up because I didn’t see it till I got to the end. So it meant I had to redo 1.5 pages all over again.

Oh not fun at all…I did manage to finish it off and today I’m going to do one more glance before it goes out.

It’s weird being gone a whole month and then coming back. You miss so much in a span of a few days so you can imagine how much one misses being gone a whole month.

I hope you all had a great January. I’m thrilled to be back. This month I hope to finish at least the first draft of Key To My Heart. That is the full length 80,000 word book. Then I can move onto The Red Inferno…That is my paranormal novel.

Now it is time to catch up…
