So this weekend I decided to take some time out and organize my computer and my music files. I had a few DVDs that had digital copies with the DVDs that I had to add to my mp3 player. I got a copy of G.I Joe as a gift and when I was getting ready to transfer it I was asked for the code from Itunes. Since I just had opened the DVD I knew it was not possible that I lost the paper they put inside that gives you instructions and the code. After 10 minutes of checking if maybe I missed something I called the store and asked if anyone else had called about the missing code. they hadn’t, but the store was nice enough to contact the movie rep to see if this was a problem. Turns out it is. The manufacturer messed up and all the DVDs were put out without the paper that gave you a code. So I was informed to call the company who put the movie out and get the code from there. They have already set up a message regarding the problem and all you have to do is leave your info and someone will call you with the code to transfer the movie over.

I’ve never had this happen before so it was strange. Even machines are not perfect and mess up once in a while. I will be hearing from the company next week.
