Hey guys..I have access to the net today and wanted to say hello and to tell you I have touched down in Europe…The flight over was fantastic and the service was great as well. I had in flight movies and TV shows to keep the the time passing…
As you can see the scenery looks amazing when you are so height up in the air. This picture is taken while we are flying over the ocean….
This is my trip through Germany at Europe’s largest airport. Thousands of people come through this place daily.
When I arrived I found out that Europe is in a seven day mourning period due to a tragic plane crash that killed Poland’s president and 96 other passengers. All the European countries that are part of the European Union are in a seven day morning period which means all events have been canceled. All of Europe and the world is in shock at the accidents since it happened at the exact date of the 70th Anniversary of Katyn. 70 years ago Polish military officers and citizens were murdered.

I have been following the tragic event of the loss of Poland’s President and twelve members of the cabinet, on their way to Russia. It was meant to be a meeting of forgiveness . How very, very sad.

You take the best pics! I loved the one of the ocean. I have never seen the ocean from the air before. Next week, I’m going to Hawaii for the first time and can’t wait to look out over the sea! I hope my pics turn out as good as yours. You always seem to capture the true essence of what’s going on around you.

MC yes it is so sad that so many important people perished in the accident. The country is having a hard time grasping the fact that the president is gone.
