Claimed By The Darkness by Savannah Chase

The darkness of the night tore him away from her grasp. The waves came crashing into them and sucked her underneath without warning, taking the last bits of air from her lungs. So much chaos and confusion surrounded her in those mere moments.

“I love you so much. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I’d lost you,” he said and cradled her head and brought her closer to kiss her.

Her sobs were muffled by his body as she leaned into him and he held her tight. A night of skinny dipping had nearly turned into a nightmare.
