Define Me

Currently listening to: Follow Me by Craig David

So I know a lot of authors have a genre that they stick to when it comes to writing but lately I have found myself taking on new genres that I have not done before. I don’t know if it is due to the fact that there is a lot going on in my personal life which has made me struggle with focusing on work or some other reason.

I have tried to continue working on my books but can’t get my mind space right. I find myself started different genre books and being inspired by weird things. I don’t mind that I work on new things it’s just that I wish I could finish other projects first.

Who knows, maybe in the long run this will result in something good.

stay naughty,
Savannah

This could be the fork in your road that prompts you to stretch your creativity and see what happens.

Me too, Savannah. I think we have to follow what we feel and just see where it leads. No path is set in stone.

I never wanted to stick to one genre. I always knew it would be many different ones.

Don’t let yourself get too stressed out. If an idea comes to you just go with the flow. You never know where you’ll end up.

I hate the fact that there is this block that seems to stop me and the words from coming out.

What genre are you thinking of writing now?

Science fiction is something I have taken on. I’ve made notes and such years ago but put it on the back burner. I think it is time to try again.
