
5 cups Coconut; shredded (sweet or non sweet, your choice)
2/3 cup Flour
1 14-oz can Sweetened condensed milk
1 ea Egg white
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Mix the coconut and flour in a large bowl. Add in salt, then condensed milk. Fluff egg white and then add into mixture. Mix throughly. Drop teaspoon full onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees until tops are golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately and allow to cool on a wire rack.








Impressive! Those are deceptively hard to get right.

I know what you mean. It also changes a lot if you switch the brand of one product like the condensed milk…Thank you for your kind words..
